Party with a Purpose
This book put me back in touch with the reasons I joined a Party Plan business. It reminded me how we can have an effect on other's lives by sharing a gift of owning their own business and how precious that gift can be. Pat Pearson knows and shows us how women's emotions and feelings can help or hinder us with our business once we understand how it affects us. With this knowledge, we can certainly make a difference in our lives and others. This book put me and my heart back in my business of helping others build and reach their dreams.

Party On
When I bought this book I was looking for "secrets to recruiting" and after 8 years of being involved with party plan - I should have known that there are no secrets (ha!) If you do the things you learn from your upline and then things you know you are supposed to do, then you will recruit - there is no magic formula.
What I did get though, was a very easy read, some great little gems of wisdom and it did make me think about the reasons I am in this business, the reasons that others are in it and I would have to say I think I have a better understanding of that quote "they never care how much you know until they know how much you care" and it has changed my outlook on how and why I offer this opportunity to others.
There were also some valuable insights into the cycles that people go through in this and any venture and overall if you are involved in direct sales and party plan especially in a leading (or aspiring leading) position, this will be a good asset to your book shelf that you will go back and re-read.

Party Plan Purpose.........
This book is okay if you are starting out in Party Plan and have never read any other motivational/self help books in the past.

This is a beginners book and certainly not for anyone who has past sales/managment training.

Touches on basics people skills and self believe tips.

Took me about an hour to read.

I will pass it on to a very very new recruit.

Not a book for Leaders or experienced people persons.
