Que bella es su voz
This album should have been the Latin Grammy winner this year for Best Ranchera album (Pepe Aguilar's win must have been a sympathy vote); Pablo has the finest voice of his generation for this music. The beautiful traditional songs on this album, "Flor de Azelea", "Silverio", and "Paloma Negra" have never sounded better. There are two beautiful duets with Julio Preciado and Ana Barbara which will whet the appetite for a duet album in future. While there are no bad songs on this CD, I hope he rerecords "Cuando Sale la Luna" on a future one; he pulled back on the glissando, which is not like him. His "Quien Sera" exceeds Pedro Fernandez' earlier interpretation; it's bolder and more heroic, more inviting.
Whether he's singing openly romantic balads like "Enamorada" or paso dobles like "Silverio" Pablo is obviously the reigning Prince of ranchera music and will have a long love affair with his female fans.
Excellent CD as usual from Pablo
As usual Pablo delivers the best. His voice is as smooth as can be. The music and arrangements are beautiful. You can't go wrong by purchasing this cd. You will love it!
Great CD!
Me encanto este CD. Lo compre en marzo pasado y sin embargo no me he cansado de escucharlo diariamente, ya que todas las canciones de este CD son muy lindas. Las rancheras "Cuando Sale la Luna", "Mil Amores", "El Jaliscience" son perfectas para la maravillosa voz de Pablo, con tantos matices altos, bajos, sus bellos falsetes, etc. El pasodoble "Silverio" con un hermoso rasgueo de guitarra al comienzo, es una cancion preciosa, y que me transporta instantaneamente al ambiente de fiesta que se vive en una corrida de toros.
