A little pricey, but I'd buy another.
I like the way this item forms to the curve of your heel. But, when I used it on a sandal, it protruded out the back, breaking several 2" long sections off. However, the manufacturer promptly compted me a new wedge. Before affixing the replacement wedge in the sandal, I wore the device in a shoe for several days to get it formed, then super-glued the layers together. I then adhered the now solid wedge to the sandal; works great, is invisible, comfortable enough that I'm never aware that it's there.

Good, finely adjustable option
These heel lifts are especially useful in situations where precise gradation of elevation is needed. They do not provide any cushioning, so may be best suited to shoes which soles themselves provide cushioning.
Easily adjustable, long lasting, not subject to compression as is the case with foam inserts. The transparent material allows them to be used in situations where a definite color might clash, such as with certain types of open shoes and sandals.

Simple & efffective
This heel lift adjusts up and down until you get the right fit, and then they stay put so you can just forget about it. Excellent!
