A thin piece of cardboard is used as a base to define wing shape with feathers and downs glued to fully cover on both sides. Two velcro straps are attached for easy and comfortable wear around the pets neck and stomach. An iron wire is embedded in the wings so they can be bent to different angles.

"Can he fly?"
That's the question I was asked by many a trick-or-treater as I took my winged corgi around the neighborhood. I was so impressed with these wings-- they can be bent to different angles and attached securely with 2 velcro straps. Only 2 feathers fell off, despite my dog's vigorous attempts to rid himself of the wings. Also, I ordered this product on the 25th and was worried it wouldn't come in time for Halloween, but was pleasantly surprised at its arrival on the 27th.
