Wrong Parts Sent Not Like The Picture Of The Item Shown.
I ordered three new latches for my coolers, the part number was Igloo # 24013 White replacement latch. They sent a newer version with the hole in it, not what I ordered and paid good money for including shipping. I wanted the old latch that says igloo that is a direct replacement for my latches as they advertise and have shown on the website.

Going to contact Big Edge Sports to send the right items, will let you know if they are willing to fix the error.

Igloo clip
This product was great. It wasn't however the same as the picture on the website. I did have a few moment of hesitation to open this product not knowing if it was universal or not. Eventually I did try it and it works better than the original.

Sent Wrong Part
I have an Igloo cooler with the old style latches on it like the ones pictured here. Unfortunately they did not send me those latches, but the newer style which are not compatible with the old latches. Basically they sent me the wrong parts!
