Works ok but one major design flaw
This seems like a well-made product and has some nice qualities but it does have one major design flaw. The prongs fit most outdoor outlets sideways NOT as you see in the picture. So odds are good that you will have to turn your splitter so that it is perpendicular with the ground. If your outdoor outlet has a cover on it, it won't fit. The cover prevents you from plugging this directly in. They appear to have another model that is more of a 90 degree plug but even that has the prongs in the wrong direction... Since buying this I have looked at many houses that have outdoor outlets and all of them look like mine. I am not sure where they found the outlet for the picture.

Conclusion is if you are buying this to split from another cord, you are fine and this is a nice product. But you may not be able to plug this directly into your outdoor outlet as the picture shows.

The other reviewer was right about the outside plug but I put mine on the other end of a groundstake plug to get by this and it works great!
