During the day, we use Snugglebottom Diapers with Velcro with a Thirsties cover. Love them! My husband does too! We use a trash can w/ locking lid as a diaper pail and a reusable "wet bag." We have a changing table someone gave us but you don't need one.

Buy new: $789.00 We're planning on having more kids soon, so it seemed silly to buy a stroller and then have to buy a double one later. We liked the Vibe better than other models because it folds up with the doubles kit attached. The hand brake is nice. This is a fairly large stroller, but it's easy to fold up and down (just make sure the brake isn't locked and the handle is in the most upright position).

Buy new: $13.00 / Used from: $8.97 I liked reading through this book but get it at the library if you can. Also, be warned: there are pictures of naked pregnant ladies in labor. They really need to update the photos. They kind of use some scare tactics to make you distrust the hospital, but I thought it gave a great description of the birth process. I liked balancing it with a class from the hospital.

You certainly don't need all this stuff... we have used the diaper stacker, the sheets, the crib bumper (until she was moving around), wall hangings, and we also hung the quilt on the wall. I wouldn't pay full price for this kind of thing. All you really need is two sheets.

Buy new: $379.00 This isn't the crib we have but I wanted to mention that you don't even really need a crib. If you baby proof the room, they can just sleep on a mattress on the floor. We had an Amby Baby hammock to start with, then we co-slept, then we got a crib. We have an Amy Coe crib from Babies R Us, which has been very sturdy. We're planning to transition to a mattress.
