From the Manufacturer
The Betsey Travel Lite Crib plus two soft toys! Perfect for trips with baby, whether on vacation or over to grandmas. At under 20 lbs, this full-sized, compact-folding crib is light enough (and folds up small enough) to carry with one hand. But even though it's portable, it still looks great anywhere, with ruffles and a canopy gusset that will have everyone in the room immediately start cooing over baby. The full-size basssinet, for use by babies less than 15 lbs, includes a quilted bumper pad and when your little one grows too big for the bassinet the crib's comfy quilted mattress provides a cozy place for your little one to rest. With two soft bears overhead, your baby will have some company as they drift off into dreamland. The Travel Lite Crib also includes wheels on one end, ruffles on another, and an indoor canopy to shield your baby from harsh lights. And for mom and dad's convenience the Travel Lite Crib is designed with push button fold.

Customer Reviews

Perfect for a travel crib5
I love this pack and play. We bought it specifically for the smaller size. Here are a list of the pros and cons

Pros
- Rolls in and out of normal doorways (this is a lifesaver because I can roll my sleeping son in and out of my room)
- Light - the average pack and play is about 40 lbs. The travel lite is only 20.
- Doesn't take up a ton of space. I was able to set it up in a hotel bathroom when my son needed a nap and refused to take one while he could see me.

Cons
- it isn't as suited for bigger kids because it is significantly smaller than a normal pack and play (which is why I bought it)
- It still folds up fine but maybe not quite as neatly as the normal pack and play
- They only sell the sheets at babies r us. Normal pack n play sheets seem to be sold everywhere.

To sum up if you are looking for a smaller version of a pack and play . . . well that is what this is. I don't really understand the people who gave this low marks for being small. I am SOOO glad I bought it. I wanted crib that is light and easy to move around whether to travel with or even within my own house.

Not for tall babies1
First off, let me say that the funtion of the travel lite is just fine. However, be clear...this is NOT a standard pack n play! We don't own one but my mother in law has one for us to use at her house.

My children are tall for their age (75-90th percentile) and each out grew the travel lite by 9-10 months old. A standard pack n play they could fit in until 2 1/2 years.

If you only intend to use it for the first few months it works great, but beyond that taller children are not very comfortable.

My younger son tends to drool in his sleep, sometimes creating an uncomfortable wet spot on the sheets. In a standard pack n play we have the room to move him around and can just change the sheets in the morning. With the travel lite we were forced to do several middle of the night sheet changes because there wasn't a lot of room for him to move around.

Just doesn't really work for us.

Great for Camping or for a small place!5
I had been searching for a smaller pack and play for our 3 month grandaughter to use in our RV. There was no way our full size pack & play would have fit and I was unsure as to where she would sleep, but now my problem is solved! This turns out to be the perfect size! A good bit smaller than the full size but just as sturdy! The wheels are great, the bassinet feature will be useful until she's a little older and the canopy will come in handy for outside use. So, if you are looking for something smaller to use when traveling or camping - this is the one!
