Very helpful in the eye area
ive tried a few other brand names that make milk thistle but i find this one to be the best. suggested use is 3 pills, which are a little bit big so you need to take a minute or 2 in btwn taking each one. i find it picks me up a bit and also significantly helps if i have dark circles under my eyes or my eyes are just tired looking. you should take it consistently though, only popping the pills after a night of drinking helps but you wont benefit as much by taking them daily.

The best Milkthistle I have ever taken.
This is the best product if you want to clean up your liver and support it in its work.
I feel excellent. I have had eczema almost my entire life.
After I started taking it every morning one pill on an empty stomach, it is still there but only I can administer it anymore.
No redness no rashes nothing.
I would recommend it for anybody and every health condition it cannot harm you only helps to your liver.

Rainbow Milk Thistle Plus

I liked the fact the product was "food based" and I don't have any complaints about the effectiveness of the product, but the pills are so large I choked on them. For me, a gel cap or smaller pill would be much better. I had to change to a different brand because I was becoming concerned one getting stuck in my throat.
