guar gum good and bad
First, The package of guar gum is deceiving. One jar will last forever. Three will be enough for my kids after I'm gone. The product itself is somewhat effective if you can choke it down. It works best if you add flavored liquid to the cup with the stuff in it. Don't add IT to the liquid or you will have clumps of goo in your mouth. It thickens liquid very quickly, so you have to drink it immediately after mixing it.

Nasty
Turns to thick paste almost instantly. Ewwwww. I returned it. Thank goodness I bought it on Amazon so I could return it. I only gave the star I did because I had to to complete the review.
