Great product and an essential supplement
This is my third reorder on this product, I'm impressed by it,,,,,I know Life Extension is a good brand so I am very pleased that Amazon carries this at such an exceptionally good price, Combine that with my free shipping with my Prime Membership and I'm a happy camper, Since I hide out from the sun, supplementing vitamin D is important, though it seems that more and more info is coming out on how vitamin D deficiencies can be so dangerous for any and everyone, Soooooo,,,,would make sense for everyone to take some as a precaution,and this one is a minimal investment for such insurance,

If you live in the upper midwest or northwest where clouds and gray skies rule for 3-5 months a year, doctors advise patients 50 years of age or older to add at least 1,000 to 2,000 IUs of Vitamin D3 to their diets. The Life Extension brand is a great value, and I prefer the capsules over the soft gels. So this works perfectly for me. Always consult your physician before taking any drug or supplement because some of these may interact negatively with any precriptions and/or supplements you are currently taking. Always be cautious.
