Great Meditation CD...On EVERY Level!
Colette is not only a truly gifted intuitive, she also has a gorgeous voice. This CD takes you gently through each of the seven chakras and helps you relax, refresh and reinforce each chakra center. She guides you through the chakras using visual imagery, music and her voice and the images will POP for you with her fabulous way of describing each charka.
I love that Colette used a beach theme and then has you visualize each chakra as a gemstone. The color and the imagery are just perfect together. It is a beautifully paced meditation and lasts a bit over thirty minutes, so it is perfect for starting your day off on a relaxing note ... or ending your day the same way.
I always feel so grounded and ready for anything after using this CD. I will note that there rae small breaks (like a second or so) in between each chakra, so if you needed to just do a "quicky" tune-up on one specific chakra or two you would be able to go right to that one.
If you have read Colette's book, Remembering the Future, and want MORE from her, this CD will be perfect. Buy it, you will be adding it to your library of regulalrly used meditation CDs, I sure did! I look forward to more from this wonderful singer, intuitive and author.

The music is great and change with subtlety from one chakra to the other. Her voice is relaxing and she doesn't speak a lot, giving you time to experience each chakra. The scenario for chakras 1 to 4 is the same and then she takes you higher and higher from chakras 5 to 7, to end up in the stars with your guide pouring white light on the top of our head. The feeling is incredible. As a bonus she sings a beautiful song at the end of the CD.
Each time I play this meditation I can really feel a difference in my energy. My heart is open, my body grounded, my mental calm and I have the sensation to be connected with the spirit realms. What else could you ask for in just one CD ?
