Customer Reviews
Good digital piano for the money...
The digital piano has lots of bells and whistles - but we purchased it mainly as a practice piano. The piano looks great, but there are some flaws. The finish was slightly damaged - but hardly noticble - when we recieved it. And the keyboard cover does not open/close w/o having to jimmy it back and forth a bit. The piano keys are weighted but do not feel as much like the real thing. Yamaha does a bit better at simulating the feel of a grand piano, and the organ sound options are a bit limited. And finally -to buy new Kareoke songs you have to go through a limited and more expensive selection offered only through Suzuki.
But overall the piano is well worth the money we paid. There are lots of sample songs, a microphone, decent sound system (built in) and a piano that is very close to looking like a wooden upright. There are lots of sounds - including those that resemble wind and other sounds of nature. The vaneer finish really resembles wood, and a wooden bench (w/storage) is included.
The price included shipping (door to set up delivery) and the merchandise was received ahead of schedule.
A Great Value
I haven't found anything about this piano that I don't like. The finish is of high quality; and the Queen Anne legs give it the look of quality furniture. It has a multitude of features - not the least is its great sound.
I haven't had any problems with the sliding keyboard cover - mine slides smoothly - although this was a noted deficiency in an earlier review.
I believe this to be of great value for the price paid.
