Use a Total Gym in Your Weight Loss Program
Here's the workout, diet, and equipment I used to lose 60 pounds in just 7 months in 2006. My body mass index (BMI) dropped from obese to normal, from 32 to 24.4.

First, walk every day. Walk for 10 minutes during those morning and afternoon breaks at work. Walk during your lunch hour. And don't make excuses. Walk when it's cold and raining, if only for 5 minutes.

Second, make some minor changes in your diet. Eat breakfast (cereal, fruit, toast, and juice) every day. Choose low-fat food when you can; eat a chicken sandwich without mayo instead of a double-cheeseburger. And only eat while seated at a table; stop snacking in the car, on the couch, and at your desk.

Third, use a Total Trainer home gym (the less-expensive alternative to the Total Gym XL shown on TV) for exercise and muscle toning.
