Snoozer Bicycle Basket Seats
Ordered two these about a month ago and used for the first time yesterday.
They take seconds to install on the bike and have plenty of room for our toy Australian Shepards. After running around for about an hour, we took them for a ride and they loved it. I would recommend a harness on the dogs instead of a collar. The smaller aussie is very agile and managed to climb on top of the basket. If she had leapt or fallen before I got her back inside, she would have been hanging by her neck. Other than that they both seemed very comfortable after a few minutes and curious about everything around them that they could now see from above. The basket has a padded bottom and the basket retains it's shape well (no collapsing). It does however, collapse easily for nearly flat storage. Being in an RV we love that since space is limited.
Downside-they are VERY PRICEY in my opinion. With the materials and construction, though very good, I believe the product is overpriced and the company is taking advantage of the fact that something like this is hard to find. It would be nice if they advertised a little and went for profit by volume so more people could afford it.

My dog loves his bike rides
This pet bicycle basket is great for taking my dog with me on bike rides. For him it is very roomy, he is 5 pounds, he can sit down inside the basket or sit up for a better view. The inside clip keeps him secure when attached to his harness. I have NOT had a problem with him being able to jump out and dangling but I use a harness rather than a collar. This basket was very easy to attach to my bike and stays secure. The extra pockets are great for toting additional items for longer rides.

Maybe not for the high strung dog?
while I REALLY like this concept... cruzing about town on my beach cruizer, and my super cute rat terrier... she keeping jumping out of it, and dangling from her halter. Maybe when she calms down? Bummer. I relly wanted this to work for us.

UPDATE: 6 months later, and a much calmer dog, this thing still sucks. If she moves around at all, this thing tips to the side, letting your dog spill out & danlging by her halter.
