Phil Frank and Joe Troise launched The Elderberries in 2004. Frank stepped away from the strip in 2007, shortly before his passing. Joe resides in San Francisco, CA.

Great comic
I actually never read the comic until I read this book. I thought the cartoonist did a great job in making a comic about people over 60. Love how the different characters interact.
