not so patent sandal
I gave this 3 stars because it looks more "patent leather" in the photo than it really is. The red is a pretty shade, however, and they are relatively comfortable. They just look kind of cheap- I would expect to pay less for something made from this cheap looking material. They are a cute unusual style though just not worth what I paid in my opinion.

just okay
It doesn't say on them what kind of material they are made out of, whatever it is, they do look kind of cheap. I have lots of great shoes that are not made of leather. These shoes just aren't that great. The edge of the top area is rough and scrapes my feet. The sole feels hard and hurts my feet just from walking around in the house. The color was the only thing that turned out to be better than in the photo - I picked the orangy pinkish and it's not too bright.

great shoes
I really like these shoes- they are perfect for this summer and i wear them all the time. they are pretty comfortable for flat sandals. they look just like ones by steve madden and other brands but you really can't beat the price if the color/size you want is on sale! i have them in copper and it goes with everything. the color is just like it looks online, with a patent leather type look (but it doesnt look cheap). the design on the footbed is also cute. i'm a size 6 and found that the shoe is pretty small, but my foot is narrow so it works. if your foot is wide, i would go a 1/2 size up.
