Here are some books that we have found helpful on our journey to living a more peaceful existence. Part of being healthy is eating mindfully. We have already addressed how it is of the utmost importance to take care of what enters your body. There is more to maintaining a healthy diet than what you eat. How you eat is also important. Eat mindfully, and most importantly: don't be hard on yourself when you don't. Each new eating experience is a new chance to be mindful.
