RESULTS!! but If you can't handle big pills: this is product is not for you

Sorry but after reading the first review, I have to rant.. we all know that diet and exercise takes a *lot* of sacrifices - and those that think different.. Please leave now and go look at yourself naked in the mirror, bet a bottle of Amino Fuel you know you could do better.

No question that these pills are big and you have to take 3-4 pills w/ ever meal! but I would argue that they are no bigger than the fish oil pills I take. Basically take two, a bit of water, wait then swallow.. if you are trying to build mass, and can commit to the workouts, eating the right foods and taking these pills 3-5 times a day. This products is for you. You will see results in two weeks.

Great if you want to choke to death.
The size of this tablet is more than twice that of a centrum multivitamin. I have never had trouble swallowing pills before but I nearly choked to death trying to swallow one of these. Stick with the 1000mg ones or get the liquid like I did.
