High Quality CoQ10 at a Great Price
CoQ10, according to my research, is an excellent supplement for improving cardiovascular & brain health.

I've purchased several Swanson products through Amazon and this CoQ10 has proven to be an excellent value.

Not all CoQ10 is absorbable by the body; check out Dr. Sinatra's book about Cardiovascular Disease (available through Amazon) & you'll find that it's vitally important to get a CoQ10 supplement that is ABSORBED by the cardiovascular system so that it can be dispersed through the tissues of the body and into the cells for energy utilization.

Well, what's the test? Simple. Fill a glass with about 8 oz. of warm water, then snip open the end of a CoQ10 capsule and squeeze into a puddle on top of the water. Come back in about 20 minutes and see if your CoQ10 is still puddled. If it's still puddled together, don't buy that brand again. ABSORBABLE CoQ10 will disperse through the water and some may even sink in ribbons to the bottom of the glass. I did this test on some CoQ10 bought at Costco--IT FAILED. Other CoQ10 recommended by my doctor & bought at a health food store: FAILED. Swanson's CoQ10? Passed the test! ---AND-- it is a LOT less expensive & easy to buy through Amazon.

I have been using the coQ10 along with riboflavin 200mg and magnesium 500mg from this same company and have had a drastic reduction in migrain headaches. The product meets my full expectations.

Success story.
I was feeling the effects of age when work's over-I'm tired.
I neglected my teeth and got periodontal disease.
In order to make some changes, I got a shower-pik to clean my teeth, and brush my teeth with coq10 toothpaste, then liq-nol (High dosage ubiquinol.).
I have been supplimenting my diet with coq10, ubiquinol, and a Lessman coq10 vitamin, but since they are so expensive, I stretch the dosage with Swanson Coq10 and ubiquinol. I also take a low dose aspirin.
3 months later, my teeth are clean, and they don't get insta-plaque like they used to when I drink sweetened tea or energy drinks, I think coq10 in the bloodstream helps protect them.
I looked up the consumerlabs.com report and the swanson coq10 and ubiquinal have positive comments and results there, having the claimed dosage, and an effective delivery system.
I feel better, have a lot more energy, everything seems much less stressful, and my resting heart rate went down 10bpm since I started.
I can't say it was from this product because I changed so many things, but this can't hurt, and I'll continue to take them. I have noticed positive differences in my stress level, heart function, lungs, teeth, skin, and I seem to sleep better, and get more benefit from sleep.
It's important with this product and all coq10 to spread your dosage out throughout the day, or you may have chest pain. I encountered some, but it's of very short duration, and not severe. I don't have this problem when I take my pills in 3 groups rather than 2.
Start with 1 at noon. For a week.
Then 1 at noon, and 1 at six for a week.
Then 1 in the morning, 1 at noon, and 1 at 6.
Gradually increase until you notice the difference.
