Don't waste your money.
I bought this and tried it for 3 weeks and did not notice any changes other than I felt more bloated. I always drink close to a gallon of water everyday, so having to drink a lot of water while taking these was no big deal but the only thing I noticed was almost $60 missing from my pocket after all was said and done.

I have exercised and and dieted forever. But since I turned 50 i have gained, gained. Well I tried Atkins strictest diet with 1,000 calories and lost 10lbs in a year. Then i tried this and it worked so well!!! I lost 20 lbs the first month, I took the pills 10 days and lost 15 lbs got tired and stopped for a week, still lost a pound or two. I have lost 25lbs, this is my 2nd month. I lose it more slowly now, i get flabby then tighten up. I really took advantage of the no appetite and it really works well, nothing else ever worked for me. I take it till i feel tired, then rest for 7-10 days and start again. That works for me. There is another product by this company joyful slim it is twice as strong. I do not know why it works, it says it boosts your metabolism and it seems to, but without the racing heart. Really i looked at the ingredients and i don't know why it works. But I saw my sister lose so much weight and people i worked with, so i tried it. Actually it encourages me that it doesn't work for everyone, I would then think there was some drug in it, not listed. But I tell you, this is better than blood pressure pills for the rest of your life. The bottle says not to take it if you have "low blood pressure" and i am afraid to have young people take this because, I really don't know what it is. But if you need to lose weight and do not plan on being on it forever, then the health benefits may be worth it for you.
