Not a Class 6 card but sold as a Video HD card
It's SanDisk so the quality is great. The only problem is that it is promoted to be used for Video HD devices. The problem is, many Video HD camcorders need the faster Class 6 cards. This card is a slower class 4.
If you can use a class 4 card, this is a great card. I gave this three stars because I had to find out the hard way that class 4 is too slow for my Video HD camcorder. In other words, I gave it three stars because I think it is not being promoted accurately. It works perfectly as an (expensive) quality class 4 card.
Does not work on any card reader...
I bought this card for my Canon PowerShot G10 which works fine for taking pictures... but the only way I can get the pictures off the SD card is through the camera. If you plug it into a card reader, it won't recognize it. I have tried it on several card readers and it just does not work. I give this 2 stars as it only works through my camera.
Perfect match for Canon Vixia HF100
I bought four of these last year for my Canon Vixia HF100. So far we've used two of them and they work perfectly. They are more expensive than other brands, but usually you get what you pay for with Sandisk. As a side-note, I always use the HF100's highest quality setting, FXP, which is 17Mbps (MegaBITS per second) AVCHD, and the VideoHD cards are class 4 (4.0MB/s x 8 = 32Mbps), which is more than enough for he Vixia's max throughput.
