Didn't work for me2
I think it helps one to get to sleep, but that wasn't my problem, mine was staying asleep for more than 2-4 hours. Even taking 2 more tablets upon waking was not effective for me. I think the Boiron for stress helps equally for initiating sleep. I've tried melatonin, valarian root, benedryl, sleepy time tea, etc. and all aid in getting one to sleep but not maintaining sleep.Any suggestions??

I really use this producty regularly as I have trouble staying asleep.
As long as I take it not too early in the am, it's great. Just donn't take it at 6 am & expect to be alert at 9 am. I take 2 before sleep, or shortly thereafter if I cannot fall asleep. I habitually awaken in the mid am hrs & take 1 more to sleep until 7:30 or 8am. It's a lifesaver...
