Simple but wonderful
When I was about 8, I was given a pack of Lenormand cards. It belonged to my greatgrandmother and nobody had kept the booklet. I was so fascinated by the images that I developed my own way of reading, my personal spreads and have been using this pack (I bought a new one) for more than 30 years now. The good thing about it is that its very ?"plain", and allows me to work with the images and symbols without a lot of interference. If you like to work more intuitively and not follow instructions,this is the tarot for you. I?ve interpreted the wedding band, for instance, as marriage proposal, bonding, business partnerships, solid investments and even stomach surgeries (for losing weight).The color of the cards is very soothing and sets the mood for a focused reading. Finally, they?re neither too small nor to big to handle which makes it easy to carry to places.

Faithful reproduction of a deck printed in 1880. Its 36 figures have a great fascination born from the suggestive power of the symbols. The significance of the cards can be understood with great ease thanks to the rules established by Marie Anne Lenormand, Napoleon Bonaparte's tarot reader.

One of the most beautiful Lenormand
The art on this Lenormand Oracle is so beautiful! It is very soft colors, very good choice for the Gentleman and Lady cards. The art is not overpowering, and really triggers your intuition...it is like a door is opening and you're able to enter the scene. I own other Lenormand Oracles and this is one of my favorites. The oracle in itself is a very good oracle that I'm sure would speak to any reader and will inspire the seasoned fortune teller as the novice. Even if accuracy is first of all linked to the intuition of the one who consult the oracle, I will say that it would be difficult to fall in inaccuracy with such an oracle. There is a good balance of "positive" and "negative" cards and no need for reversal. A little booklet gives you the bare minimum, a brief meaning of the cards (but let your intuition guide you, let the cards speak to you)for more indepth insights you can get the book "The Secrets of the Lenormand Oracle by Sylvie Steinbach, Amazon has it for a good price. The booklet gives you also a spread but you can use other spreads; many can be found online for free.
