Customer Reviews

These are fantastic and especially good for people with small ears!5
Well as strange as this may sound given EVERYONE has an iPod these days, I'm a newbie to the whole iPod scene. I've been busy raising my 4 year old son and wouldn't have had the time to even listen to an iPod if I wanted to until now (oh Preschool how I've been waiting for you:)

Recently I heard from my 67 year old mother (who happens to be a serious hipster) that she got the Apple iPod shuffle 1 GB Purple (2nd Generation) and she's rockin' out on it. Right there I'm thinking, what has happened to me? Well, my Mommy transformation has begun. I'm back to my workouts and doing a few things for myself and thought NOW I can really use an iPod during my workouts. So, I sprung for the Apple iPod nano 8 GB Blue (3rd Generation) with a Speck ToughSkin Rubberized Case for iPod nano 3G (Clear) and I just love it. Though, much to my dismay, the heaphones that came with it would not fit my ears, they were much too big. So I ordered a few different pairs of headphones, some that didn't even work right out of the box, and most didn't fit my ears or were too uncomfortable and then I remembered...When I asked my husband what he wanted for Fathers Day he said "noise cancelling headphones" and then immediately said "nah, forget it, it'll take me forever to find a descent pair" and I thought "what's so hard about finding headphones, is he nuts or something?" NOW I KNOW. Finding headphones for an iPod that are comfortable, sound good, last and fit, is a tall order. No you wouldn't think so but it is.

So, after trying out about 10 different pair, I finally said "ok, I'm ordering ONE more pair, then I'm giving up, this is crazy". My wishes were answered....the JVC Marshmallows are Superb! Not only do they sound great, are not bulky, don't slip out of my ears when I'm covered in sweat but they fit my tiny ears because the "marshmallow" piece that goes into your ears, actually molds to your individual ear. PLUS it came with an extra pair of "marshmallow" covers and matches my iPod perfectly.

Now, I have not had these long so I cannot vouch for their life span but I WILL update this review after some time to report back. So far, they are wonderful and I couldn't be happier. Another fantastic product, I highly recommend these!!

Comfortable and good sound quality5
I brought these from Walmart to complement my same color iPod Shuffle. They are very comfortable and sound equaly good with a balance of treble and bass. The sound isolation is also very good and the cord does not get tangled like the Sony MDR-EX51LP Fontopia Headphones. On the sony, it gets me almost a minute to get the cord untangled before I could use them, but these JVCs are a breeze.
