I used the whole bottle and never noticed any change at any time. What a waste of money.

not effective at all
I have also finished a while bottle and have not seen any results. I did see boosted energy, but that's probably from the caffeine in the ingredients and you can simply get it from any other source of caffeine. I didn't see any weight loss at all.

I don't know about others, but this product hurts my head and I gave some to a friend and he said the same thing that it hurts his head as well. I only took two and i don't think this works so don't waste your time and money...
