This Fair Trade and Organic bean is every bit as excellent as our regular Colombian Supremo. The large beans create a medium bodied and sweet tasting coffee with a rich flavor and aroma at any roast level. This quality Colombian is highgrown in full shade in the mountainous Sierra Nevada region. At a Light Roast, it is a smooth and medium bodied coffee with a fragrant aroma, a mild acidity and just a hint of cocoa flavors. Like many Colombian coffees, it is excellent at any roast level, with the darker levels bringing out more and more of the flavor. Decaffeinated using the CO2 process to preserve its organic status, as well as the full flavor.
