Son Loves It - but it Falls Apart
This is such a cute little toy... My son has loved pushing it around the house and will spend ten minutes taking the people in and out of the bus. Great for fine motor and depth perception, and concentration!!
The only problem is that the darned thing has fallen apart three times. He is the average child, but not too hard on his toys. Elmer's glue has done the trick. Just thought I'd let you know.

Adorable and FUN!
I got this for my son for his first birthday. To say it was a big hit would be an understatement! My one year old loves taking the people in and out, putting them through the windows, pushing the bus around the floor. He will sit for ages playing with this. My 3 and 5 year old sons make up stories and have the people act them out. Every one of my 3 kids play with this bus on a regular basis.

It seems sturdy enough...my one year old tried to climb into it and I haven't had anything break yet.

One thing I really like about this toy is that it is a simple, non-electronic toy. This type of toy fosters creativity and thinking outside the box moreso than the more mainstream types of toys (with lights, sounds, and instant gratification). This bus also teaches cause and effect--as you push the bus, the people rise up and sink back down!

This is a great toy, as most Melissa & Doug toys tend to be! I'd highly recommend it.
