Will I See Fido in Heaven?", by Christian author Mary Buddemeyer-Porter, has been recommended by Christian ministers throughout the U.S. and abroad including the current Jack Van Impe Television ministry as being reputable and praiseworthy in revealing that non-human animals have eternal life according to the Bible. This concise 124 page book covers many Scriptures from 29 Books of the Bible and includes quotes from the Dead Sea Scrolls Uncovered, the Jewish Scripture, commentary from noted theologians and fourteen wonderful true-life animal stories. Years of research went into establishing the accuracy of "Will I See Fido in Heaven?" delving into the original Greek and Hebrew translations covering such topics as the innocence of animals, their obedience to God, their intelligence and sacrifice for mankind and the understanding of symbolism as it applies to man and animals. Understanding the eternal soul and spirit of man and beast and the importance of the Holy Spirit for man's salvation is explained in simple but profound terms. "Will I See Fido in Heaven?" gives the reader unquestionable knowledge that all animals do go to heaven.

I have read the book and am sure it will help many people. It is a book for animal lovers and expecially people with pets, or those who have lost pets. It is very Biblical, which means that Christian bookshops will love it. It has certainly raised my awareness of this issue. --Annabel Robson, Commissioning Editor Religious Books, Hodder & Stoughton Publishers, London, England

Your book, Will I See Fido in Heaven?, drove me to a careful personal study of the Bible's animal passages in the original languages. These passages adequately prove to me that air-breathing animals are not merely biochemical machines. Your book is filled with excellent information as well as a compassion for God's most amazing earthly creation outside the human race. I believe it correctly reveals that God has an eternal plan for the animal world. It will be a great comfort to the Christian who has lost a beloved animal friend, as well as an open door for the animal lover who has to consider his or her own relationship to our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. --Reverend Jeff Harker, Pastor, First Baptist Church, Columbia City, IN
From the Author
Many Christians do not believe that animals go to Heaven. I have to admit that for more than 40 years, I was one of them. But one day as I was reading the book of Romans, I was amazed at what I read. I called some friends and before long, through various contacts, there was a team of Christians studying the word of God and delving into old Hebrew and Greek word study guides to seek the truth. The results were joyous and shocking. One person, Roger Fritz, delved into every word, phrase, and sentence making sure we stayed focused on the mortality and immortality of both man and animals. In comparing the differences, we discovered God's wondrous design for the earthly and eternal survival of the lives of every living creature and the eternal choice man must make concerning his own destination. It has been a most fascinating journey. We all hope you will have much fun, joy, laughter, and grow in your knowledge, and Godly wisdom.

knowing that God has not forgotten our pets.
When Samson passed away I was grief stricten and angry with God.I had talked with Priests and the like and the answer was the same pets dont have souls and therefore no enterence to heaven. This was truly a God send and written with the love and compassion that we share with through Gods love and gifts to and through them. I so loved this book that I gave one to our library, A Priest whom I found to also believe pets also join us in heaven and one for my family. Losing a pet is losing a family member and they are with God waiting for us gives great comfort. I felt better having Biblical proof that what I longed for was truly there in the Bible.
Truly Enlightening
I've been a Christian for many years. I don't ever recall hearing a sermon on this subject. I am grateful to Ms. Buddemeyer-Porter for showing me that God has included my pets in his plans. I was skeptical at first, but I kept my Bible with me while reading her book, and I checked up on her use of the scriptures to back what she said. I was pleasantly surprised and blessed to see that the answers were always in the Word, and that I had just not noticed them before.
This is an exceptionally inspirational book!
A comforting, hopeful, inspired book
This is a book every Christian needs to read. It shows the importance God gives to His beloved creatures. We are here as stewards of God's creation. We should treat all animals with compassion.
But for us pet-lovers, for those of us who consider our pets as family members, this book should give great comfort; a lot of loving work has gone into producing it. Pets will, indeed go to Heaven; the author has done a wonderful job demonstrating this from Scripture, with inspired comments of her own. Now, the question is, will we meet the Lord's requirements so that we will be able to join our innocent four-legged (or two) beloved companions there? We must be born again; they have no need of this.
This book could be a good conversion tool for the animal-lover who has not made a decision for the Lord.
