Do NOT forget these when trekking to beach, lake, or river. These are the mens version, but head on out to your local "huge retail store" (wink wink) and stock up for all family members. They don't have to be expensive ones; we just buy cheap ones every summer, and they do the trick. I'd put these up there with sunscreen as indispensable!
