About the Author
Terrence M. Clauretie received his Ph.D. in Economics from Washington State University. He is currently a professor of Real Estate Finance at UNLV. To date, he has authored three texts and 75 articles in academic and professional journals. He is a fellow of the Homer Hoyt Advanced Studies Institute, and also a former adjunct professor of the National Association of Corporate Real Estate Executives.
G. Stacy Sirmans is the Kenneth G. Bacheller Professor of Real Estate at the Florida State University. He has published extensively in the real estate area on a variety of topics. His work has appeared in journals such as the Journal of financial and Quantitative Analysis, the Journal of Real Estate Finance and Economics, and the Journal of Real Estate Research. He has also served on a number of editorial boards of academic journals. Dr. Sirmans holds a Ph.D. in Finance and Real Estate from the University of Georgia. He has taught at Emory University and Clemson University, and has served as a Visiting Scholar to the Federal Home Loan Bank Board.

Although the book was not shipped that quickly, the book was in excellent condition. I am very satisfied with the book's condition. I just thought I would have received the book sooner.
