I don't know how I lasted so long without this mouse. At first, I didn't think I needed nor did I want to spend money on a mouse. After so many months of trying to use this small computer without one, I gave up and I am very thankful I did. Much easier to use the computer and it is much faster to get around.
Nice Mouse for Eee
This is a Great little mouse for the Eee PC. Since Blue Tooth is not included in the early Eees, a corded usb mouse is much easier to set up. I consider this a "placeholder" until a blue mouse (to match my blue Eee) becomes available.

Not much to say about this product
There isn't a whole lot to say about this product as far as reviews go. It's an optical mouse for notebooks, so it's compact, non-wireless (which is something I wanted - hate carrying batteries or recharging docks around with me), and the white color matches perfectly if you have a white or pearl white Eee PC netbook. If there were anything to complain about, it would be that the cord is a tad bit short which is mainly why I rated it 4 stars, but not a huge problem unless your using it with something like a docking station where you would plug it into the back instead of one of the side USB ports, otherwise it will probably be fine. And a caveat to anyone out there who gets hung up on or is picky about colors is that when the red laser on the bottom of the mouse lights up after being plugged in, the clear parts on the mouse look very much pink rather than red. I don't personally have a problem with it and couldn't care less, really, because it does it's intended job, is reasonably precise and is immediately recognized by Linux (which in 2009 is not much of a surprise anymore, but thought I would throw that out there anyway). Hasn't given me any problems the few times I've had to use it.
So the bottom line is pretty much that if you're looking for an Asus branded wired travel mouse to go with your Eee PC, overall it's not a bad deal. As I stated in the title of the review, there isn't a whole lot to say about it. It's a mouse and it works.
