The exterior is hard-anodized aluminum, which is even stronger than stainless steel, with an encapsulated pure aluminum core for quick, even heating. The interiors of the pots and pans feature Cuisinart's Quantanium nonstick finish, a high-quality, long-lasting finish internally reinforced with titanium. Little oil or butter is needed when cooking on this ultra-smooth surface, and low to medium heat is recommended, along with non-metal utensils. Great Set!!
I have been shopping around for a new cookware set for a few months. I didn't want to spend hundred and hundred for cookware. I ended up purchasing this 12 pc Cuisinart set. What a great set. Sturdy and sharp looking. On top of this being a great set, I am happy to have the 8qt dutch oven. I am used to only a 5 and this 8 is great. I use all the pieces. I used the 3qt alot. Perfect size for reheating and vegetable. I would recommend this set to anyone.
