The best pizza wheel I've found. Very similar to the KitchenAid model, but with an easier to hold rubber-covered handle.

Fantastic measuring cup. It allows seeing the level from above, instead of crouching next to it.

Great for pounding chicken breasts flat for even, quick cooking. Works for smashing the heck out of garlic cloves, too.

Replaces parchment. This is the best way to make cookies with no sticking.

Combine this with the grill pan to make great grilled sandwiches. Put this in the pan and preheat both of them together to a high temperature. Then take it out (with a potholder), put in the sandwich, and put this on top of it.

The secret to this one is a razor-sharp, replaceable blade. Makes the other peelers seem as dull as spoon handles.

The workhorse of the kitchen. These are more useful than the smaller ones, because the tongs separate more widely for larger items, and give you more reach. I use these constantly. Just be careful not to scratch your nonstick pans with them.
