I use this zester/grater all the time! It's the perfect tool for getting zest from citrus fruit, grating parmesan, hard cheeses, nutmeg or fresh ginger. Indispensable!

I think it is necessary to have at least 3 different sizes of whisks in a well-stocked kitchen. Sometimes you just need to whip up one egg, but at other times you may want a longer handle to whisk a custard or other hot liquid on the stove.
