Wonderful Shave
Pre-shave oil is one of the best ways to start a perfect shave. If you are like me and take at least twenty minutes shaving, then this is a product you really need. I must admit it is pricey but well worth it. The oil is to protect your skin and prepare and soften your stubble for a smooth cut. I would also recommend a double-edge razor with a shaving cream to complete your shaving process. I tend to get razor burn or ingrown hairs. This oil is to help stop that. I have researched and used plenty of shaving products and found that this is the best method for the perfect shaving experience. Try it and you will feel the difference.

Makes shaving nick free, a must for senstive skin.
My boyfriend has sensitive skin and can not shave more than 1x ever 3 days or so. He tried out a number of shaving creams and aftershaves including the expensive ones you find at department stores but still he had nicks and cuts and red patches constantly. I read that shaving oil was important and decided to get him the art of shaving pre-shave oil and see if it can minimize his shaving problems and the results were really good. The shaving oil allowed the razor to cut his beard without tearing up his face at the same time. It is rare to see him with cuts these days and he hasn't touched his biotherm homme for months now.

The shaving oil isn't cheap but it is worth the money if you care about your skin. My boyfriend even got a small travel container such that he won't be without it when traveling abroad. If you are the type with sensitive skin that gets lots of nicks this is a product worth trying.
