Customer Reviews
Some is relaxing, but...
...some of it isn't so relaxing. Some of the pieces are so fast and dramatic that you want to skip the song. CHOPIN: Ballade No. 1 is a prime example. This piece is what you might hear in a restaurant to encourage you to eat faster! Some of the songs have orchestral accompaniment, which I didn't expect considering the title, but very good none the less. Included in this collection is RACHMANINOFF: Piano Concerto No. 2, the song Eric Carman based his 'All By Myself' pop song from the 70's on.
Solid collection of piano favorites
If you can gag your way past the album title, this is a most pleasant collection of beloved classical piano pieces that actually is relaxing, I suppose.
