Customer Reviews

A Great Tool!5
This is one of the best books I have ever used to help people cope with and heal from sexual abuse! It has pratical ideas on how to explore this sensitive issue, good suggestions for coping methods, and excellent excerpts from others that help survivors feel less alone.

GREAT THERAPY TOOL5
I dont often use "self-help" workbooks with patients... but this one caught my eye for one particular client I was working with, and it turned out to be the catalyst he needed for turning everything around and begin working productively toward healing his emotional wounds. I will use this book again with other clients.

Great therapeutic tool5
I've used and recommended this particular book for any of my client's that are dealing with childhood sexual abuse. It's not too intrusive and has proven (at least by the responses of my clients) to be very helpful in coming to grips with their childhood trauma and has helped them to move beyond it from a victim to a survivor.
