Truly magical with the messages...
I have all of Doreen's oracle cards, and although the Archangel Deck has always been my favorite, Magical Messages from the Fairies is a match. They are magical, and dead on. I love this deck; the art work is beautiful, but it is the feeling the deck emits that has the drawing power for me.

Magical oracle
How can we resist Doreen Virtue's oracle cards? I have all of them and when I saw the beautiful images of this one, I couldn't resist either.
Honestly I can't say that I get good readings with all of her decks and I have my favourites (Archangels/Magical mermaids/Ascended Masters/Goddess). The Magical Messages from the Fairies oracle is now among them.

First magical synchronicity: it arrived 10 days later than usual, but on a very important date for me. The first card that I get was BIRTHDAY. Right on the spot: exactly two months ago we buried my beloved father. So I asked about him and I got NEW HOME, which is a good metaphor indeed and very comforting.

I did several one card readings and I was amazed by the precision and accuracy of the answers. Let's take some examples; asking about my sentimental life I picked up TRAVEL. Well, you could ask what it has to do with love. One of the meaning was "perhaps you will visit a spiritual power place such as Machu Picchu". It happens that in a few months I will really go to Peru and visit Machu Picchu, and also meet with someone very dear to my heart. As a precision, I just had a brief look at the cards before I started the reading and had no clues at all about the fact that Machu Picchu was written somewhere in the book.

I also had a question about this trip and going or not to Titicaca Lake. Guess the answer? HOLIDAY: Visit one of the earth's power places. And...the fairy portrayed on the picture is walking on a beautiful lake. Coincidence? Answer? What do you think ? On the 12 questions that I asked, I couldn't interpret right away the answer of only one question.
Of course we all have different affinities and for some people this deck won't be the best, but I'm surprised to read that after only two unsuccessful tries, someone can classify a deck as inaccurate.

There are specific cards that apparently couldn't apply to anyone, such as DAUGHTER, SON, MARRIAGE, and PREGNANCY. But Doreen gives enough possibilities to find an adequate answer that resonate with you.

For example, some others meanings given for MARRIAGE are : you'll soon meet someone significant at a weeding - a relationship commitment is pending - Admit your true feelings to yourself regarding marriage - someone close to you is getting married soon - your life purpose involve helping people with romance, matchmaking, relationships, or wedding

DAUGHTER: a person who's like a daughter to you needs your attention right now - an unborn baby girl's soul is sending love to you - a female child in heaven is with you like an angel - focus upon healing a parent-daughter relationship - allow your inner child to play and enjoy him or herself - give any worry about your daughter to Heaven, who's watching over her - you will receive a message from your parents (if you are female)

Some of the cards tittles are repetitions from others decks of D. Virtue. That's why I would say that this one is a great compilation of old and new meanings. One novelty between others is the season's cards, very useful to date a prediction. But their meaning is not only about time.
AUTUMN: return to school - a project is nearing completion - visit or move to a location where leaves turn bright colours in the fall - grow a vegetable or herb garden

This oracle covers all subjects from love life, career, health, spiritual practices, diet, family, self reflection, advices, time, finances and hobbies.
Another comment I would like to make is that I feel the answers are so specifics that I wouldn't use this deck as a daily oracle but keep it as a divination/guidance deck.

And finally, the images are so sweet, loving and healing that they can change your energy in an instant. Is it not that after all the magic of the fairies?

I have many of Doreen Virtue's card decks. This deck is the first about which I've felt compelled to write a review. They are particularly beautiful with truly magical messages!
