not for everybody...
I was drawn to this Stirwand because everything that's written about it; how it works, what it does for many people, seemed very compelling. But I would advise anyone who is interested in this product to be muscle tested first. I was tested and my body indicated that this would not be a good thing for me.

I feel that the water tastes better after using the stirwand. My herb tea definitely is more full bodied and flavorful. I notice that I can drink more water without having to run to the bathroom constantly, which to me, means that I am hydrating more.

I was impressed with the video showing the blood before and after using the stirwand. Definitely want my blood to have those nice round red cells.
