Very good
Chakra Dhyana is a very potent mantra/meditation. The mantra is used for awakening the different chakras and is in line with the indian version of the chakras which is probably closer to the truth than new ageie types. Personally i got this cd becuase its great to work with when your recieving deeksha. I have been practicing the mantra without the cd and the cd deffintatly helps more. It really opens you up and clears oput alot of stuff that may be holding you back. I reccomend doing this mentioned cd, kundalini yoga and recieving deeksha to really maximise the benifits. Also practice the mantra once you have learnt it without the cd.
