Have Heard 3 Songs Now From This, And It Sounds Pretty Good4
I have only heard 3 from this CD so far, 2 from the band myspace page... "Lazy Dazy", and the title track "Dissonance", which are a nice 1-2 punch to start the album off, and to me they sound like classic EZN guitar driven hard rock with that great harmony they have always been known for. A couple more songs to add to my all time favs, the volume of music they have put out at this point is pretty staggering for a virtually forgot about band. Also heard the song "Altered States" at Donnie's myspace and it sounds pretty good, kinda has the feel of the song "The Beast" I guess would be a good way to describe it (?).
Also read in another review that there is a song called "Rollaway" which is a great song also in the tradition of Enuff Z'Nuff qualtiy, no doubt it is given that they continue to put out great album after great album. 'Welcome To Blue Island' and '?' were pretty decent releases (their last two studio sets).

The addition of Jake E. Lee sounds like a nice pairing, from these two songs it is apparent that he is not there to be this showcase musician to run wild with screeching fills and drawn out solo's, he a nice addition that continues the guitar crunch and hard rock EZN are known for to me. I was however expecting at least a short solo in these two songs perhaps, but they sound fine in the form they are in nonetheless.

It's great that even after all these years, the band continues to put out quality material, and I would expect no less this time around.
Sure wish it was reversed to where Japan had to deal with all these commercial hard rock or perhaps "active rock" bands on the radio today here in the states and WE got to keep Enuff Z'Nuff to ourselves...let's trade!

Descent effort3
Well, its all about Jake E Lee for me. Cant say that I am to familiar with Enuff Z Nuff. Other than the couple big singles earlier on. I purchased this off of ebay for a descent price earlier on. The only thing that caught my interest is that Jake E Lee was appearing on this. I found it to be good listening overall. There are a few songs that are pretty catchy, but overall lacking in some Jake guitar pyrotechnics for me. I find myself putting it in the cd player every now and then, so take that for what you will. I am ready for Jake to resurface with something a little more strong.

!!!ROYALLY DISTURBED!!! (A Review of this Band...)5
I've always enjoyed EZ'N, both live and on disc! I'm waiting patiently, as any fan should, for an honest copy of this album at a reasonable price. I rely heavily on "amazon.com" for most of my purchases. I just wish all the best to this band and I'm always surprised and amazed (immensely) with all that they do. Just stop bickering, start reviewing the albums, be thankful for EZ'N, and finally yet importantly, help by keeping exceptional bands like this one alive! (Oh and one more thing, Donnie, rock on!!!)
