Another Great Memory Jogger
I'm a big fan of the Memory Jogger series and as a consultant I've used several of them for different project such as Six Sigma implementation. I recently got a job doing quality management evaluations for a multinational organization. The companies that I am auditing for my client are not ISO certified but must meet ISO9000 standards. That means that I have to often switch from auditor to consultant and teach them what it means to be an ISO complaint company. That is where this book comes in. It's a great pocket reference to give a quick overview that "jogs my memory" so I can then expand on the subject. When one of my co-workers had a question about the contents of a quality manual, I whipped out the Memory Jogger and showed him the section on Quality Manuals. The other two auditors took a look at it also and 5 minutes later all three were on Amazon.com buying their own copy. I don't know if an updated version based on ISO9001:2008 is available but the changes are insignificant as far as this book is concerned.

Required text for me, but a great little book
This book is a great little addition to my briefcase as it is portable and has some really good info on ISO 9001 that can be understood by the layman.
