I hope that I never have to use this product, I bought it as a precaution, but I have seen it in action on a hiking trips and it does what it claims. It will stop bleeding until you can get attention or back to camp for proper first aid. A must for people outdoors, in any activity or adventure.

Don't want to use this product.
I have not had to stop any serious bleeding since I aquired this product. I hope I never have to find out how good it is. I am glad I have the QuikClot in my home and auto first aid kits, and am confident it will work if I need it.

Product OK, but check prices
The product works fairly well, but I found the exact same thing at REI for $9.95 (and REI is NOT a discount store!)
