WISH LIST - I need some new cookware and am looking at this set along with Emeril's (made by all-clad) Need to find this locally to check the heating surface on the bottom, to see if it will heat evenly or not. And to test for weight of the pans them selves.

Freeze for at least the amount of time suggested and start motor before adding ingredients once the paddles are in,when freezing in the freezer store it upside down so that the water that might condese or otheriwise gets in there doesn't settle into the bottom of the container.
