great service
The filter was as advertised (no surprises) and delivery was very prompt. The larger filter was shipped free while the small filter which was a very small foam type was shipped for a fee much higher than the cost of the product. It would have fit in an regular envelope All in all, still very pleased with the transaction.

HEPA Replacement Filter
Our vacuum cleaner was starting to have a special (unpleasant) smell, even immediately after changing the bag, so I read the manual and realized the HEPA filter was to blame and needed to be replaced. I read reviews about the HEPA filters with Arm & Hammer and some reviewers complained that the filters added a smell of their own and that it wasn't desirable. I ordered what I thought were plain filters for that reason, but received Arm & Hammer ones anyway. I decided to give it a try and haven't had any issues. The smell is gone from our vacuum and I haven't noticed any left by the filter.

Good HEPA filter
Found this, didn't think I really needed it but it was a good deal so I thought I'd keep my great vacuum working well.
