About the Author
The son of ethnic German immigrants from Eastern Europe, Victor Wendl is a graduate of the University of Missouri with degrees in Mathematics and Finance. He also holds an MBA from the University of Illinois-Champaign Urbana. His writing interests include Eastern European history and mass psychology. He currently resides in St. Louis, Missouri.

A Donauschwaben Spy Story
A cleverly written spy story of WW II. It also gives the reader a brief history lesson about the Batschka/Banat region of Yugoslavia & Romania and of the German-Hungarians, known as Donauschwaben. Easy reading.

A must read for anyone interested in ethnic German history.
A good read. A fascinating account of what happened to ethnic Germans living in Yugoslavia, Romania and Hungary during World War II cleverly presented in a suspenseful novel format.
