It has been updated throughout to reflect recent developments, and there are four new chapters on the constitutional treaty, CFSP and ESDP, the single market, and public opinion.

Best Intro to the EU available5
Despite the price, this textbook will serve as a useful introduction for those taking European Studies in university (or any internatinally-focused political science program for that matter).

Delivery problems1
The delivery box was left out in the rain by the UPS guy. When I tried to return it to UPS they apparently sent it back to Amazon who then sent it back to me because it was damaged, I guess. I cannot find a way to complain to Amazon and UPS just said thank you for your complaint and did nothing. Now I have a waterlogged book that can be used but is really damaged...and I paid full price for this? This kind of event does damage to Amazon's business model, but Amazon may be too big to care.

Amazon needs to rethink some of its customer service and/or needs to rethink its relationship with UPS. I know that I will avoid using UPS in the future.
