Oh swing how I love thee, let me count the ways. It's been amazing at soothing and settling our little one. Our baby loves motion so during the 1st 2 months, he'd chill for long stretches in there and @ 5 months, he still loves it. It's worth it - go for it!

We love the Exersaucer - it keeps my baby occupied for 10 to 15 minutes at a stretch, great when I'm making dinner!

We received this book as a gift and it's terrific! I love the "lift the flap" board books by Karen Katz because it makes the books seem interactive. There's a little "adventure" in every page - and at the age of 4 months, he turns the pages. Board books are terrific for infants!

I really enjoy this book because it's fun to read and to look at the pictures of the different animals. Very cute!

Our local gym recommends putting on a swim diaper like this that has elastic on all sides to help "keep in" any potential "issues" that happen while you're in the pool :)

I'm really very pleased with the Avalon Organics baby lotion and body wash. Unlike some other brands, the tear-free shampoo and body wash REALLY IS TEAR FREE!

This is one of the most popular toys in San Francisco. It's rare if you see a stroller go by without a Sophie. This was one of the first toys my son grasped (around 3 months) and it's a multi-purpose toy. He loves to suck and bite on the face, neck and legs and better yet, it's rubber and BPA Free!

These Aden and Anais Muslin blankets are the best for swaddling and another you'll find in the strollers of San Francisco. Large with stretchy fabric, it's super easy to swaddle a baby tightly in them without worrying that the baby will overheat. Plus, these can be re-used after the fact as a sheet for a pack 'n' play or to cover the top of a stroller to block out light.

I really like this playmat though if I were to order one again, I might go for one of the Tiny Love models that has more surface area. You can't go wrong with any of the Tiny Love gymini playmats - they're terrific, colorful and engaging to entertain baby.

I love the red accent colors on this Graco Snugride seat - the red is sporty looking and it's great for my son, and would work well for a boy or girl baby!

Perfect for the 2nd car! One car seat base comes with the car seat so you only need an extra base if you want to easily snap the car seat in/out of an additional vehicle.

This is a great drying rack - easy to clean and small but has a lot of great surface area for drying bottle parts and accessories.

This was our first set of bottles - perfect for pumping directly into them with the Medela pump and storing in the fridge.

We use these to freeze our baby food purees that we make at home. Each square fits 1 oz of food.

This book was recommended by our pediatrician and I really enjoy reading the very research-focused perspective on babies and sleep.

We have 3 sleepsacks in each size. One cotton, one fleece and one in the softer fleece fabric - you always need an extra one in case the others are dirty or in the laundry...
