We like our new microwave. The installation instructions were easy to follow, but unless you are handy, you may want to have a professional install this unit. It is really big! I had to cut my kitchen cabinets to get it to fit, but am pleased with the results. One big concern though; when the microwave is on, we now get interference with our wireless phone. I am concerned about leakage and may buy a tester to make sure the unit it safe. It is a powerful unit and heats everything fast and evenly.

We've had ours for 2 years now, and couldn't be happier. the istallation is a pain, we had a handy friend help with it. Someone who's never installed household appliances would be better off hiring a professional.
It's a standard size, so it fit perfectly into the opening from our old microwave.
Unlike the previous poster, we've never had any problems with it interfering with the phones, but all our phones are 5.8 GHz, not 2.4.
